Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode

The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM) brings together emblematic French and other international design Houses with a focus on creativity, know-how and innovation. The FHCM is operating both as Professional Organization and as an Event Organization.

As a Professional Organization, it brings services to its members, as for legal, economic, social and training matters. It is also largely engaged in sustainable development in terms of expertise and public affairs, as well as in the digital transformation.

As an Event Organization, it organizes Paris Fashion Week® and Haute Couture Week, two major events of the global fashion scene, also including an online version of the shows to give them a new higher worldwide resonance and access.

In both activities, the FHCM pays a particular attention to the support of Emerging Brands.

“Empowering a sustainable future in fashion hinges on a strong collaboration between European countries and Fashion Councils. The fundamental interplay of innovation and sustainability is key. Prioritizing education, training, and knowledge transmission, we cultivate a generation skilled in cherishing fashion and embracing mindful consumption in the respect of sustainable development.
Creativity, know-how and innovation are key values that need to be permanently emphasized and fostered. We are happy to do this and work with all the European councils to make these values even stronger at the European and worldwide level.”

Pascal Morand, Executive President of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode.
